The standard production cycle is 15 working days for regular styles. Lead times will be extended accordingly for complex designs or large-volume orders.

For our overseas customers, we provide highly detailed installation drawings and video tutorials. Our products are designed for easy, user-friendly self-assembly.

Our products are strictly and securely packaged before leaving the factory. If any damage occurs during transit, simply provide photographic evidence, and we will offer a free replacement, repair, or negotiate a refund as compensation.
