Machine Embroidery Craft

Machine embroidery allows repeating patterns at production scale. Start with the embroidery panel collection, or compare acoustic panels when sound absorption matters too.

Machine embroidery is how we repeat a pattern across a whole wall without the cost of handwork. The fabric is stretched over a padded core and stitched on multi-head machines, so the same artwork repeats exactly across panels. Patterns run continuously across joints instead of repeating like wallpaper.

This is the process behind most of our embroidered panel orders for hotels. Buyers usually come with a wall size and a timeline. Two questions come up in almost every inquiry:

"This is urgent..client want to close today"
"We will buy 25 to 26 meter ..but need quick lead time"

For a stock design we finish in 10-12 days. Custom artwork takes about 22 days from artwork approval. On urgent orders we book the production slot as soon as the order is confirmed, not after payment clears, so tell us the date you need the goods and we plan backwards from it.

Hand Embroidery Craft

Hand embroidery in wall panels is done by our in-house craft team. Browse the embroidery panel range, or see how it pairs with fabric wall panels in hotel projects.

Hand embroidery in our workshop is done by a small in-house team, not outsourced. Each panel starts as fabric stretched over a padded core, then the pattern is stitched by hand thread by thread. Landscapes, florals and lettering are the usual requests. Because it is handwork, the stitching carries small variations that machine work does not, and clients who want that look ask for it by name.

It is popular for bedheads, dining rooms and spa reception walls. Fabric colors and stitches are matched to the design, so the first step is always a reference image from the client.

Typical questions from buyers when they see the craft videos:

"How fast you can arrange delivery ?"

Custom colour starts at 10 meters. Delivery for a made-to-order run is 22 days in normal season, and we push to 10-12 days when the client has taken goods from us before and production is already scheduled.

Copper Weaving Craft

Copper weaving brings a metallic texture to walls. See the finished panels on our copper metallic wall panel page, or combine the look with embroidered panels for a mixed-texture feature wall.

Copper weaving starts with metal yarn or thin copper strips. Our weavers work them into a fabric on a loom, then laminate the woven sheet onto a composite base so it can go on a wall without the weight of solid metal. The finish is brushed copper, bronze or champagne, and matching trims cover the joints between panels.

The effect reads like sheet metal but the panel stays light enough to cut on site. Panels are made to the wall size, so a pattern keeps running across the seams instead of stopping at each edge. Buyers usually ask about samples first. A common question from inquiries:

"Can i get custom craved wall panels as well"

Yes. Send a reference photo of the finish you want and we reproduce it. We also cut panels for column wraps, bar fronts and feature walls in clubs and restaurants.
